Trussara Terms of Service

Terms governing organizational and authorized-user access to Trussara.

These Terms explain the rights, responsibilities, and limitations that apply when an organization or authorized user accesses the Trussara construction project management platform.

Veltrana Studios LLC — Trussara
Effective Date: October 10, 2026
Last Updated: October 10, 2026

Please read these Terms carefully. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement governing access to and use of Trussara. They contain important provisions concerning organizational authority, workplace information, construction records, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.

By creating an account, accepting an invitation, selecting an acceptance control, accessing an organization workspace, or otherwise using Trussara, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Trussara Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not access or use Trussara.

1) Definitions

For purposes of these Terms:

  • “Authorized User” means an employee, owner, contractor, subcontractor, consultant, client representative, or other person whom a Customer permits to access its Trussara workspace.
  • “Customer” means the company, organization, business, sole proprietor, or other legal entity that creates, controls, purchases, or receives access to a Trussara organization workspace.
  • “Customer Content” means information, files, plans, photographs, videos, project records, messages, time entries, daily logs, punchlist records, financial information, signatures, approvals, contact information, and other content submitted to Trussara by or for a Customer or Authorized User.
  • “Documentation” means Trussara instructions, help materials, technical guidance, and published service descriptions.
  • “Organization Administrator” means an Authorized User assigned ownership or administrative permissions for a Customer workspace.
  • “Order Form” means a future written order, checkout confirmation, subscription selection, quote, or other ordering document accepted by Veltrana and the Customer.
  • “Services” means the Trussara mobile applications, hosted software, websites, cloud services, support features, and related functionality provided by Veltrana.
  • “Veltrana,” “we,” “our,” or “us” means Veltrana Studios LLC.

2) Agreement, Authority, and Organizational Use

Trussara is business and workplace software intended for organizations involved in construction, contracting, property management, project coordination, or related professional activities.

If you create an organization workspace, purchase Services, or accept these Terms on behalf of a Customer, you represent that:

  • You have reached the legal age of majority;
  • You have authority to act for and legally bind that Customer;
  • The information you provide concerning the Customer is accurate; and
  • The Customer agrees to these Terms.

An Authorized User who has not been given authority to bind the Customer accepts the obligations that apply personally to that Authorized User but does not, solely by accepting an invitation, represent that they can enter contracts on the Customer’s behalf.

If a signed Order Form, enterprise agreement, data processing agreement, or other written agreement applies, that agreement controls over conflicting provisions of these Terms only for the subjects it expressly covers.

3) Eligibility and Workplace Users

Organization owners and administrators must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

Trussara is not directed to children. A Customer must not authorize a person to use Trussara unless that person is legally permitted to perform the applicable workplace or project role.

If a Customer lawfully authorizes a worker who has not reached the age of majority, the Customer is solely responsible for complying with applicable youth-employment laws, obtaining required parent or guardian permissions, providing legally required notices, and restricting that user’s workplace duties and access appropriately.

4) Organization Administration and Access Control

Organization Administrators may, depending on assigned permissions:

  • Invite or remove Authorized Users;
  • Assign roles and project access;
  • View, manage, export, correct, or delete organization records;
  • Configure time-clock and location requirements;
  • Manage project, client, document, financial, and team information; and
  • Transfer or close the organization workspace where supported.

The Customer is responsible for selecting trustworthy administrators, keeping roles and permissions current, removing access promptly when it is no longer authorized, and reviewing administrator activity.

An Authorized User understands that the Customer and its administrators may control the user’s access to Customer Content and may retain organization records after the user’s employment, contract, assignment, or workspace access ends.

Veltrana is not responsible for deciding employment, ownership, contractor, client, or project-access disputes. If workspace authority is disputed, Veltrana may temporarily restrict administrative changes while requesting reasonable proof of authority.

5) Accounts and Security

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current account information;
  • Use your own account and not impersonate another person;
  • Keep passwords, access links, and authentication methods secure;
  • Not share credentials or permit unauthorized account access;
  • Use multi-factor authentication when required or made available;
  • Notify Veltrana promptly of suspected unauthorized access; and
  • Comply with reasonable security instructions provided by Veltrana.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you notify Veltrana of a suspected compromise. Customer administrators are responsible for reviewing and managing organization membership and permissions.

6) License to Use Trussara

Subject to these Terms, Veltrana grants the Customer and its Authorized Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, and revocable right to access and use Trussara for the Customer’s legitimate internal business operations and authorized project collaboration.

This license permits commercial business use of Trussara. It does not transfer ownership of Trussara, its source code, designs, trademarks, or underlying technology.

You may not, except where applicable law expressly permits:

  • Copy, sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially redistribute Trussara;
  • Use Trussara to operate an unauthorized service bureau or competing product;
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code;
  • Circumvent authentication, security, usage, or access controls;
  • Remove proprietary notices or misrepresent the origin of the Services;
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data without authorization; or
  • Access the Services to benchmark or develop a competing service without written permission.

7) Acceptable Use

You must not use Trussara to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, court order, contract, or third-party right;
  • Access a project, organization, account, document, or record without authorization;
  • Upload malware, destructive code, or content intended to interfere with the Services;
  • Probe, scan, or test system vulnerabilities without written authorization;
  • Harass, threaten, discriminate against, exploit, or unlawfully monitor another person;
  • Upload unlawful, defamatory, fraudulent, infringing, or deceptive material;
  • Falsify time entries, location information, signatures, approvals, logs, incidents, costs, or project records;
  • Misrepresent identity, qualifications, authority, employment status, or project participation;
  • Overload, disrupt, or interfere with the Services or another customer’s use;
  • Bypass storage, membership, permission, or security limitations; or
  • Use Trussara as an emergency dispatch, life-safety, or emergency-response system.

Customers must maintain appropriate workplace policies and procedures for investigating suspected misuse. Veltrana may preserve relevant records where reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

8) Customer Content and Ownership

As between the parties, the Customer and its Authorized Users retain whatever ownership and other rights they lawfully hold in Customer Content. Veltrana does not acquire ownership of Customer Content merely because it is uploaded to Trussara.

The Customer grants Veltrana a limited, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, display, back up, secure, troubleshoot, and otherwise process Customer Content only as reasonably necessary to:

  • Provide and maintain the Services;
  • Follow the Customer’s documented instructions;
  • Protect the security and integrity of the Services;
  • Provide requested support;
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, or unlawful activity;
  • Comply with applicable law or legal process; and
  • Enforce these Terms.

This limited license ends when the Customer Content is deleted from active systems, except to the extent copies remain temporarily in protected backups, must be retained by law, or are retained in de-identified or pseudonymous form as described in the Privacy Policy.

Each Authorized User directs Veltrana to make content submitted to an organization workspace available to that Customer and its authorized administrators and users according to configured roles and permissions.

9) Customer Responsibilities for Content and Personal Information

The Customer represents and warrants that it has all rights, permissions, notices, and lawful bases necessary to:

  • Submit Customer Content to Trussara;
  • Permit Veltrana to process that content under these Terms;
  • Invite employees, contractors, clients, and other users;
  • Process workplace, contact, project, timekeeping, and location information;
  • Upload plans, photographs, videos, documents, and financial records;
  • Record signatures or approvals through supported workflows; and
  • Share information with other workspace members.

The Customer is responsible for the legality, accuracy, quality, and appropriateness of Customer Content and for responding to requests or disputes concerning information the Customer controls.

Trussara is not designed to store full payment-card numbers, bank-account credentials, Social Security numbers, government identification credentials, biometric templates, classified information, or complete medical records.

Customers must not submit protected health information regulated by HIPAA unless Veltrana has expressly agreed in a separate written agreement to support that use. Workplace incident records should contain only the minimum operational information reasonably necessary and should not include unnecessary diagnoses, medical histories, or treatment records.

10) Privacy, Data Processing, and Security

Veltrana’s collection, use, disclosure, retention, and deletion of personal information is described in the Trussara Privacy Policy.

Depending on the context and applicable law, the Customer may be the controller or business responsible for personal information placed in its workspace, while Veltrana may act as a processor or service provider. Customers requiring a separate data processing agreement should contact Veltrana before submitting regulated personal information.

Veltrana uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the Services. However, no online service, transmission, or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Customers are responsible for configuring access appropriately, protecting exported information, securing their devices, maintaining current contact information, and promptly reporting suspected security incidents.

11) Timekeeping, Workforce Records, and Location

Trussara may allow Customers to record work time and configure location verification as off, optional, or required.

When location verification is enabled, Trussara is designed to request foreground, point-in-time location information during an explicit clock-related action. Trussara is not intended to provide continuous background employee tracking.

Device location information can be unavailable, delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate because of device settings, signal conditions, operating-system behavior, permissions, or other technical limitations. Location data is not conclusive proof of a person’s presence, absence, work performed, misconduct, or entitlement to compensation.

The Customer remains responsible for:

  • Providing legally required employee and contractor notices;
  • Obtaining consent where required;
  • Configuring location requirements lawfully;
  • Recording and paying for all compensable working time;
  • Providing a reasonable method to report and correct timekeeping errors;
  • Reviewing edits and approvals;
  • Complying with wage, hour, break, overtime, and recordkeeping laws; and
  • Retaining official payroll and employment records as required.

Trussara is not a payroll processor, legal advisor, or determination of whether any period is compensable. A user must not falsify, suppress, or manipulate time or location information.

12) Construction, Plans, Scheduling, and Field Conditions

Trussara is a project coordination and recordkeeping tool. It is not an architect, engineer, surveyor, building-code authority, licensed contractor, inspector, safety professional, or legal advisor.

Plans, schedules, measurements, specifications, documents, photographs, daily logs, punchlists, and other project information may be incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, or superseded.

Customers and Authorized Users must independently verify:

  • Field conditions and measurements;
  • Current plan versions and revisions;
  • Applicable codes, permits, and inspection requirements;
  • Contractual duties and notice deadlines;
  • Material specifications and installation requirements;
  • Schedule dependencies and project status; and
  • Professional recommendations before acting.

Trussara must not be treated as the sole source of instructions for work that could affect structural integrity, health, safety, legal compliance, or property.

13) Safety and Incident Information

Daily logs and safety or incident fields are provided for operational reporting. Trussara is not an emergency service, safety-monitoring system, medical-record system, OSHA compliance service, or substitute for required safety programs, training, inspections, reporting, or qualified professionals.

In an emergency or when an immediate hazard exists, users must follow applicable emergency procedures and contact emergency services, site management, or the appropriate authority directly. Submitting information to Trussara does not notify emergency responders or satisfy mandatory reporting requirements.

The Customer remains responsible for workplace safety, hazard correction, injury and illness recordkeeping, government reporting, required notices, investigations, and preservation of official records.

14) Financial and Job-Cost Information

Trussara may provide features for budgets, cost codes, estimates, commitments, expenses, job-cost information, and other financial records. These features are informational tools based on data entered by users.

Trussara is not a bank, payment processor, money transmitter, accounting firm, payroll service, tax advisor, insurance advisor, lien-management service, or investment advisor.

Customers must independently verify amounts, calculations, classifications, exports, taxes, invoices, payment obligations, retainage, change orders, insurance requirements, and accounting treatment before making financial, contractual, tax, payroll, or legal decisions.

15) Electronic Signatures, Approvals, and Audit Records

Certain Trussara workflows may allow signatures, acknowledgments, approvals, status changes, or recorded user actions.

A user completing an expressly identified signature or approval workflow:

  • Agrees to use their own identity and account;
  • Represents that they are authorized to take the stated action;
  • Intends the action to be attributed to them; and
  • Consents to receiving and retaining the associated record electronically.

A typed name, button selection, status change, timestamp, or audit event is not automatically a legally binding signature for every purpose. Trussara does not notarize documents, witness signatures, authenticate legal capacity, or guarantee enforceability or admissibility.

The Customer is responsible for deciding whether a Trussara workflow satisfies applicable contracts, consent requirements, retention rules, and electronic-signature laws. Customers should export and preserve legally important records using appropriate independent procedures.

16) Communications and Notifications

Trussara may send transactional email, push notifications, security notices, invitations, project updates, or other operational communications.

Delivery can be delayed, filtered, disabled, or fail because of device settings, third-party providers, network conditions, outdated contact information, or other causes.

Notifications must not be used as the sole method for emergencies, life-safety information, legal notices, inspection deadlines, payroll deadlines, or preservation of critical records.

Some operational or security communications are necessary to provide the Services and cannot be disabled while the associated account remains active.

17) Internal Testing and Pre-Release Access

The current store-testing version of Trussara is provided as a no-charge, pre-release testing service. It is not a paid subscription or free trial that automatically converts into a paid plan.

  • No payment method is required for the current internal test;
  • Test participation does not authorize future charges;
  • No tester will be automatically enrolled in a paid subscription;
  • Paid access will require a separate affirmative purchase or organization order; and
  • Testers are not entitled to compensation unless separately agreed in writing.

Pre-release features may contain defects, change, become unavailable, or operate differently from a future production release. Test or staging data may require correction or reset.

Veltrana will provide reasonable notice before a planned material reset when practicable, but immediate action may be required to address security, legal, or technical risks.

During testing, Customers should use fictional or noncritical information where practical and maintain independent copies of important records. Pre-release Trussara must not be the sole system for emergency, safety, payroll, tax, legal, regulatory, or mission-critical records.

18) Future Fees, Subscriptions, Billing, and Refunds

Trussara is not currently charging participants in its internal testing program. Before Veltrana introduces paid access, the applicable purchase screen, store listing, checkout, Order Form, or subscription agreement will disclose material billing terms before a charge is authorized.

Those disclosures may include:

  • The selected service tier and included features;
  • Seat, organization, usage, or storage limitations;
  • The price, currency, and applicable taxes;
  • The billing interval and subscription duration;
  • Whether and how the subscription automatically renews;
  • Any trial duration and exact post-trial price;
  • Cancellation timing and method;
  • Price-change and renewal procedures; and
  • The applicable refund process.

A Customer will not be charged merely because it participated in testing. Future paid access requires separate affirmative authorization.

Purchases made through Apple, Google, or another marketplace are subject to that marketplace’s billing, cancellation, tax, and refund rules. Refunds will be handled according to applicable law, applicable store rules, and the terms displayed at purchase.

Direct organization or enterprise purchases, where permitted, will be governed by the applicable Order Form and disclosed billing terms.

These Terms do not independently create a subscription, authorize a recurring charge, or replace the specific commercial terms displayed when a future purchase is made.

19) Third-Party Services

Trussara depends on third-party services that may provide hosting, authentication, storage, email delivery, notifications, operating-system functions, maps, app distribution, or other infrastructure.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Veltrana does not control every third-party service and is not responsible for outages, changes, restrictions, or failures outside Veltrana’s reasonable control.

Customers and Authorized Users must comply with applicable third-party platform terms when accessing Trussara through those platforms.

20) Availability, Maintenance, and Service Changes

Veltrana works to maintain reliable Services but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available operation unless a separate written service-level agreement expressly provides otherwise.

Access may be affected by maintenance, updates, internet conditions, third-party infrastructure, security incidents, natural events, legal requirements, or circumstances outside Veltrana’s reasonable control.

Veltrana may modify features to improve the Services, address security issues, comply with law, or respond to technical requirements.

When reasonably practicable, Veltrana will provide advance notice of a material feature removal or discontinuation and a reasonable opportunity to export Customer Content. Immediate changes may be necessary for urgent security, legal, or operational reasons.

21) Support and Feedback

Support is available through the channels identified on the Trussara Support page. Unless a written support or service-level agreement states otherwise, Veltrana does not guarantee a particular response or resolution time.

If you voluntarily provide suggestions, ideas, or product feedback, you grant Veltrana a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback to improve and develop its products and services.

This feedback license does not grant Veltrana ownership of Customer Content or confidential project information included unintentionally in a support request.

22) Confidential Information

Each party may receive nonpublic information that a reasonable person would understand to be confidential. Customer Content is treated as the Customer’s confidential information, subject to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

The receiving party will use confidential information only to perform or receive the Services and will protect it using reasonable care.

Confidential information does not include information that:

  • Becomes public without breach of an obligation;
  • Was lawfully known without a confidentiality obligation;
  • Is independently developed without using the confidential information; or
  • Is lawfully received from a third party without restriction.

A party may disclose information when legally required, provided it gives notice where legally permitted and reasonably cooperates with efforts to limit the disclosure.

23) Veltrana Intellectual Property

Trussara, including its software, design, branding, user interfaces, documentation, workflows, and underlying technology, is owned by Veltrana or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws.

“Trussara,” “Veltrana Studios,” associated logos, and related branding may not be used without prior written permission.

Open-source components remain governed by their applicable open-source licenses. Nothing in these Terms limits rights granted directly under an applicable open-source license.

24) Suspension and Termination

Veltrana may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary because of:

  • A material violation of these Terms;
  • Unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity;
  • A credible security threat;
  • Unauthorized access or disputed workspace authority;
  • A valid legal or government requirement;
  • Risk of harm to users, third parties, Veltrana, or the Services; or
  • Nonpayment of future fees after paid service is introduced.

When reasonably feasible, Veltrana will provide notice and an opportunity to cure a remediable violation. Veltrana may act immediately where delay could create security, legal, financial, or safety risks.

Customers and Authorized Users may stop using Trussara at any time. Organization cancellation, subscription termination, and account deletion may involve separate steps.

Upon termination, access rights end. Provisions that by their nature should survive—including ownership, confidentiality, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limitations, indemnification, dispute provisions, and record-retention terms—will survive.

25) Account Deletion, Organization Records, and Export

Instructions for requesting account deletion are available at Trussara Account Deletion.

Deleting an individual account removes that individual’s authentication identity and access and processes personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. It does not necessarily erase organization-controlled project or business records.

Records such as daily logs, time records, approvals, documents, financial entries, audit histories, or project activity may remain under the Customer’s control when needed to preserve legitimate business records, legal obligations, security, or record integrity.

Where appropriate, retained historical records may reference a pseudonymous or deleted-user identifier rather than maintaining the deleted user’s active profile information.

A sole organization owner may be required to transfer ownership or close the organization before deleting the owner account.

Customers should export records they are required to keep before closing a workspace or ending access. Veltrana does not guarantee indefinite access after termination.

Deleted information may remain temporarily in protected backups and may be retained when required by law, legal hold, fraud prevention, security, or legitimate recordkeeping obligations.

26) Warranty Disclaimer

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRUSSARA AND THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

Veltrana disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, and any warranties arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.

Veltrana does not warrant that:

  • The Services will always be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free;
  • Every defect will be corrected;
  • Customer Content will never be lost or altered;
  • Notifications will always be delivered;
  • Location, time, financial, project, or audit information will always be accurate;
  • The Services satisfy every legal, contractual, safety, employment, or regulatory requirement; or
  • Use of Trussara will produce any particular business or project outcome.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

27) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER VELTRANA NOR ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS WILL BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, GOODWILL, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Veltrana’s aggregate liability arising from or related to the Services or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:

  • One hundred United States dollars (US $100); or
  • The fees paid or payable by the Customer to Veltrana for Trussara during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory asserted and even if a party was advised that damages were possible.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Some jurisdictions do not permit certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply.

28) Customer Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, the Customer will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Veltrana and its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from:

  • Customer Content that infringes or violates another person’s rights;
  • The Customer’s unlawful use or instructions;
  • The Customer’s violation of workplace, employment, privacy, monitoring, consent, or location laws;
  • The Customer’s material breach of these Terms; or
  • Unauthorized access caused by the Customer’s failure to manage accounts or permissions reasonably.

Veltrana will provide reasonably prompt notice of an indemnified claim, permit the Customer to control the defense using qualified counsel, and provide reasonable cooperation at the Customer’s expense.

The Customer may not settle a claim in a way that admits fault by Veltrana, imposes nonmonetary obligations on Veltrana, or fails to completely release Veltrana without Veltrana’s written consent.

The Customer is not required to indemnify Veltrana to the extent a claim results from Veltrana’s fraud, willful misconduct, or violation of law.

29) Apple App Store and Google Play Terms

If Trussara is obtained through Apple’s App Store, Apple’s applicable Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement governs the license to the downloaded application unless a valid custom end-user license agreement is presented through App Store Connect.

These Terms separately govern the hosted Trussara service, accounts, organization workspaces, Customer Content, and the relationship between Veltrana and the Customer.

To the extent required by applicable platform terms:

  • These Terms are between you and Veltrana, not Apple or Google;
  • Veltrana, not the app-store provider, is responsible for Trussara and its support;
  • The app-store provider is not responsible for operating the hosted Trussara service;
  • Purchases, subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds processed by a store are subject to that store’s rules;
  • You must comply with applicable app-store and third-party terms; and
  • Mandatory platform provisions control where they cannot lawfully be modified by these Terms.

Apple, Google, and their affiliates do not sponsor or endorse Trussara merely because it is distributed through their stores.

30) Export Controls and Sanctions

You may not access or use Trussara in violation of United States export controls, trade sanctions, or similar applicable laws.

You represent that you are not prohibited from receiving the Services under applicable sanctions or restricted-party laws and will not use the Services for prohibited end uses.

31) Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing a claim, the parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute by providing written notice describing the issue and allowing at least 30 days for informal discussion.

If a dispute is not resolved informally, the parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts having jurisdiction over the county in Pennsylvania where Veltrana maintains its principal office, unless applicable law requires another forum.

This section does not prevent either party from seeking temporary or emergency equitable relief to address unauthorized access, intellectual property misuse, confidentiality violations, or immediate security risks.

Nothing in these Terms removes consumer or statutory rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

32) Changes to These Terms

Veltrana may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services, law, security practices, billing, or business operations.

The updated Terms will display a revised effective date. For material changes, Veltrana will provide reasonable advance notice through email, an in-app notice, the website, or another appropriate method.

Veltrana will request renewed affirmative acceptance when required by law or when a change materially alters the parties’ rights and obligations. Changes will not apply retroactively unless required by law or expressly agreed.

If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using Trussara and follow the applicable account or organization closure process.

33) Electronic Communications and Legal Notices

You consent to receiving agreements, notices, disclosures, receipts, security messages, and other communications electronically.

You are responsible for maintaining a current email address and reviewing communications delivered to your account, organization administrators, or published within Trussara.

Legal notices to Veltrana should clearly identify the sender, Customer, issue, and requested action and be sent to: support@veltranastudios.com.

34) General Provisions

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable signed Order Form or written agreement constitute the agreement concerning Trussara.
  • Order of Precedence: A signed Order Form controls conflicting commercial terms; a data processing agreement controls conflicting personal-data-processing terms; mandatory app-store terms control applicable platform matters.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without Veltrana’s written consent. Veltrana may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of substantially all relevant assets.
  • Severability: If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent, and the remaining provisions will remain effective.
  • No Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of the right to enforce it later.
  • No Agency: These Terms do not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, franchise, fiduciary, or agency relationship between Veltrana and a Customer or Authorized User.
  • Force Majeure: Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events outside its reasonable control, except that this does not excuse payment obligations already due.
  • Headings: Section headings are provided for convenience and do not change the meaning of these Terms.
