Veltrana Studios LLC — Apps, Games & Software

1) Introduction

Welcome to Veltrana Studios LLC (“Veltrana,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all Veltrana Studios applications, games, software, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3) License & Restrictions

  • We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for your own lawful, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

  • You may not:

    • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services.

    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where allowed by law.

    • Circumvent security features or access areas of the Services you are not authorized to use.

    • Use the Services for any unlawful or harmful purpose.

4) Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to software, code, design, artwork, graphics, audio, video, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to Veltrana Studios LLC. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

Custom development services delivered by Veltrana Studios remain the intellectual property of Veltrana unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement.

5) Accounts

Some Services may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

6) Purchases, Subscriptions & Trials

  • Some Services include in-app purchases, one-time fees, or subscriptions processed by third-party app stores (e.g., Google Play, Apple App Store).

  • If a free trial is offered, it will convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled according to the app store’s instructions.

  • Prices may change; any changes will be announced in advance where required.

  • Refunds are handled according to the policies of the app store where you purchased access.

7) User Content

Some Services allow you to submit, upload, or create content (“User Content”). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant Veltrana a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, modify, and display it as necessary to operate the Services. You must have all rights necessary to submit User Content and must not violate any laws or rights of others.

8) Community Guidelines

When interacting with the Services, including online multiplayer or chat functions, you agree not to:

  • Harass, bully, or abuse other users.

  • Use hate speech, discriminatory, or offensive language.

  • Share illegal, obscene, or harmful content.

  • Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized third-party tools.

Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of your account without refund.

9) Service Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without liability to you. We may also impose limits on certain features or restrict access without notice.

10) Disclaimers

The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Veltrana disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Veltrana Studios LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months prior to the claim.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Veltrana Studios LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13) Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities, or if required by law. Upon termination, your license to use the Services will immediately end.

14) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Your State], USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts located in [Your County, State], unless prohibited by applicable law.
