1) Introduction

Welcome to Veltrana Studios LLC (“Veltrana,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all Veltrana Studios applications, games, software, websites, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2) Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services, or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

3) License & Restrictions

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for lawful, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code except where allowed by law.

4) Ownership

All intellectual property rights in the Services are owned by or licensed to Veltrana Studios LLC. No ownership rights are transferred to you.

Custom development services remain the intellectual property of Veltrana unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5) Accounts

Some Services require an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials and all activity under your account.

6) Purchases, Subscriptions & Trials

• Purchases may be processed by third-party platforms (e.g., Apple, Google, Steam).
• Free trials may convert into paid subscriptions unless canceled.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled.
• Pricing may change with notice where required.
• Refunds follow the platform’s policies where applicable.

7) User Content

You retain ownership of your content but grant Veltrana a license to use, store, and display it to operate the Services.

You must ensure your content does not violate any laws or rights of others.

8) Community Guidelines

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Harass, bully, or abuse others.
• Use hate speech or offensive language.
• Share illegal or harmful content.
• Exploit bugs or use unauthorized tools.

Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

9) Service Availability & Changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue Services at any time without liability.

10) Disclaimers

Services are provided “AS IS” without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11) Limitation of Liability

Veltrana Studios LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 12 months.

12) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Veltrana against claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

13) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activity.

14) Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of your applicable state and jurisdiction. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration or courts where permitted.

15) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Services means you accept the updated Terms.
