Return & Refund Policy

Veltrana Studios LLC — Apps, Games & Software

1) Scope

This Return & Refund Policy applies to all digital content, applications, games, software tools, subscription services, and custom development work provided by Veltrana Studios LLC (“Veltrana,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), whether purchased directly from Veltrana Studios or through authorized platforms such as app stores and marketplaces.

2) All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of digital products and custom services:

  • All sales are final once the product has been downloaded, accessed, activated, or once custom development work has commenced.

  • We do not offer refunds or exchanges except as required by applicable law or as outlined in this Policy.

3) Technical Issues & Incorrect Deliveries

If you experience:

  • Technical issues that prevent proper use of the product, or

  • Receipt of an incorrect or defective product,

you must notify our support team within 7 calendar days of the purchase date by contacting support@veltranastudios.com. We will investigate and, at our sole discretion, may offer:

  • A corrected or updated version of the product,

  • Technical assistance to resolve the issue, or

  • Replacement with the correct product.

Refunds will only be issued if legally required and if we determine that the issue cannot reasonably be resolved.

4) Third-Party Platform Purchases

If you purchased through a third-party platform (e.g., Google Play Store, Apple App Store, Steam), you must also comply with that platform’s refund policies. Some platforms handle refunds directly, and we may be unable to override their decision.

5) Custom Development Services

For custom development work, any cancellation requests must be submitted in writing before the commencement of work. Once development has begun, all payments are non-refundable.

6) Legal Rights

This Policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
