Veltrana Studios LLC — Account & Data Deletion
Effective Date: May 11, 2026

1) Overview

Players may request deletion of their Itsy Bitsy Slash account and associated account-linked data at any time.

This process applies to:

• Google-linked accounts
• Email-based accounts
• Cloud save data
• Optional account systems

2) Guest Players

Guest mode does not require account creation.

Guest gameplay data is stored locally on the device and may be removed by:

• Clearing app data
• Uninstalling the game
• Using in-game reset features (if available)

3) What Data May Be Deleted

When an eligible deletion request is processed, we may delete:

• Account identifiers
• Cloud save data
• Gameplay progression
• Unlocked rewards and cosmetic items
• Settings and preferences
• Associated player profile information

4) Purchase Information

Purchase records processed by platform providers (such as Google Play or Apple App Store) may be retained where legally required or necessary for fraud prevention, accounting, dispute resolution, or platform compliance.

Deletion of gameplay data does not guarantee restoration eligibility for consumable purchases or virtual currency.

5) Data That May Be Retained

Certain limited information may be retained where permitted or required by law, including:

• Security and fraud prevention records
• Legal compliance records
• Platform transaction references
• Required accounting or tax records

6) How To Request Deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact:

• Your player email address or linked Google account
• The platform/device used
• Any relevant account identifiers (if known)

7) Processing Time

Requests are typically processed within a reasonable timeframe, though some requests may require additional verification or processing time depending on platform or legal requirements.

8) Third-Party Services

Some data may also be processed by third-party platform providers or services, including:

• Google Play Services
• Advertising providers
• Cloud or infrastructure providers
• Platform billing systems

Deletion requests submitted to Veltrana Studios LLC may not automatically remove data retained independently by those providers.

9) Children’s Privacy

If we become aware that personal information from a child under the applicable age threshold was improperly collected, we will take reasonable steps to delete such information.
