1) Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Itsy Bitsy Slash (“the Game”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Game.

2) Eligibility

You must meet the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction. Users under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

3) License Grant

Veltrana Studios LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Game for personal, non-commercial use.

4) Restrictions

• No reverse engineering or decompiling
• No resale or redistribution
• No exploitation of bugs or unintended systems
• No unlawful or harmful use

5) Ownership

All intellectual property rights, including code, assets, characters, and designs, are owned by Veltrana Studios LLC or its licensors.

6) Virtual Currency & Items

• No real-world value
• Non-transferable
• Licensed, not owned

7) In-App Purchases

Purchases are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or other platforms and are subject to their policies.

8) Ads & Monetization

The Game may include advertisements. Optional ad removal purchases may be offered.

9) Restore Purchases

Eligible purchases may be restored through your platform account.

10) Reset Progress

Resetting progress deletes local game data and may not be reversible.

11) Updates & Changes

We may modify, update, rebalance, or discontinue features at any time.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

13) Disclaimer of Warranties

The Game is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind.

14) Limitation of Liability

Veltrana Studios LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 12 months.

15) Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Veltrana Studios LLC from claims resulting from misuse or violation of these Terms.

16) Arbitration Agreement

Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except where prohibited by law.

17) Arbitration Opt-Out

You may opt out within 30 days by emailing: support@veltranastudios.com with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out”.

18) Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive class actions.

19) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA.

20) Force Majeure

We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our control.

21) Export Compliance

You agree to comply with all applicable export laws.

22) Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

23) End User License Agreement (EULA)

License Grant

You are granted a limited license to use the Game. This license does not grant ownership rights.

Restrictions

• No copying, modifying, or distributing
• No unauthorized use

Termination

License may be revoked for violations of these Terms.

No Warranty

Software is provided “AS IS”.

Limitation of Liability

Veltrana is not responsible for damages resulting from use of the Game.

24) Copyright & DMCA Policy

All content within Itsy Bitsy Slash is owned by Veltrana Studios LLC or licensed appropriately.

Reporting Infringement

To report copyright infringement, include:

• Your contact information
• Description of copyrighted work
• Location of alleged infringement
• Statement of good faith belief
• Statement under penalty of perjury
• Your signature

Counter-Notice

You may submit a counter-notification if content was removed in error.

Repeat Infringers

Accounts violating copyright may be terminated.
