1) Overview

Veltrana Studios LLC provides digital products including mobile games, software, virtual items, and related services. Because these products are digital and delivered instantly, purchases are generally final once accessed or delivered.

2) Digital Goods Policy

All digital goods are considered delivered at the time of access or download. As such, all purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable law or platform policy.

3) In-App Purchases (Itsy Bitsy Slash)

The Game may offer optional in-app purchases including:

• Coins and gems (virtual currency)
• Cosmetic items (skins, slash effects)
• Bundles and upgrades
• Ad removal
• Power-ups

All purchases are processed by Apple App Store, Google Play, or another platform provider. Veltrana Studios LLC does not process payments or store financial information.

4) Platform Refund Policies

Refunds must be requested through the platform where the purchase was made:

• Apple App Store
• Google Play
• Other applicable platforms

Refund approvals, timelines, and eligibility are determined solely by those platforms.

5) Virtual Currency & Items

• Virtual items have no real-world monetary value
• They are non-transferable and non-exchangeable
• They are licensed, not owned

Virtual items are non-refundable once delivered, consumed, or used unless required by law.

6) Ads & Ad Removal

The Game may display advertisements. Users may optionally purchase ad removal where available.

Ad removal does not apply to:

• Platform-required notifications
• Reward-based ad features
• System or purchase confirmations
• Mandatory gameplay messaging

7) Restore Purchases

Restore Purchases allows users to restore eligible non-consumable purchases using the original platform account.

Consumable items (such as currency) may not be restored once used.

8) Reset Progress

The Reset Progress feature deletes locally stored game data, including progress, currency, unlocks, and settings.

This action may be permanent and irreversible.

9) Technical Issues

If you experience issues with a purchase, contact support with relevant details. We may assist in resolving technical issues or guide you to the correct platform refund process.

10) Accidental & Unauthorized Purchases

If a purchase was made accidentally or without authorization, contact the platform provider immediately. Veltrana Studios LLC does not have access to billing systems.

11) Subscriptions (If Applicable)

Subscriptions, if offered, will auto-renew unless canceled through the platform provider. Refunds and cancellations follow platform rules.

12) Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

If a chargeback is initiated, access to purchases or services may be restricted or revoked during investigation.

13) Fraud & Abuse

Veltrana Studios LLC reserves the right to deny refunds, restore access, or restrict accounts in cases of fraud, abuse, or exploitation of refund systems.

14) No Guarantee of Outcomes

Purchases do not guarantee gameplay success, progression, or specific outcomes.

15) Device & Account Limitations

Game data and purchases may depend on your device or platform account. We are not responsible for loss due to device changes, account changes, or platform restrictions.

16) Consumer Rights & Legal Exceptions

Nothing in this policy overrides your rights under applicable consumer laws, including EU/UK digital goods regulations. Where required, refunds will be provided in accordance with law.

17) Availability of Services

We do not guarantee continuous availability of the Game, purchases, or services.

18) Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy at any time. Continued use indicates acceptance of changes.
