If you would like to request deletion of your account and associated personal data, please email us at:

Subject Line: Account Deletion Request

We will delete the following information within 30 days:

• Username

• Email address

• Child profiles (if applicable)

• Account progress, badges, and settings

❗ Some anonymized data, like app usage statistics, may be retained without identifying information for internal analysis.

Steps:

1. Send an email to crittermixup@veltranastudios.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request."

2. Include the email address or username associated with your account.

3. You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.
