BounceBack – Delete My Data (Keep Account)

Request deletion of some or all data while keeping your account active.

In-app options:

• Edit or remove your profile photo and display name under Account.

• Clear questionnaire answers and plan: Account → Reset plan.

• Delete forum posts you created (where available).

Email request:
Email support@veltranastudios.com from your account email with subject “BounceBack – Delete my data (keep account)” and tell us what to delete (e.g., questionnaire answers, plan, forum posts). We’ll confirm and process within 7 days.

What we cannot delete

• Legally required purchase/transaction records (retained for tax/audit/fraud).

• Content already shared publicly may remain where technically required, but we’ll anonymize it where possible.
