How to delete your BounceBack account

You can permanently delete your account and associated personal data at any time.

In-app:

Open BounceBack → tap your profile (top-right).

Tap Account → Delete account.

Confirm deletion and re-authenticate if prompted.

Email request (alternative):
Send an email to support@veltranastudios.com from the email on your account with the subject “BounceBack – Delete my account”. We’ll verify ownership and complete deletion.

What gets deleted

Profile (name, email, avatar), questionnaire answers, plan data, forum profile.

App usage data stored under your user ID (e.g., preferences).

Push notification tokens.

What may be retained

Purchase/transaction records required for tax, auditing, fraud prevention, and chargeback handling. These are retained for the legally required period and are not used for any other purpose.

Anonymized analytics without personal identifiers.

Retention timeline

In-app deletions are processed immediately; server-side cleanup completes typically within 30 days. Email requests are processed within 7 days of verification.
