Welcome to BounceBack: Fitness & Meals (“App”), provided by Veltrana Studios (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using BounceBack, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using the App.

1. Eligibility & Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use BounceBack.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

  • You agree to provide accurate information (such as your name, email, and questionnaire responses).

2. Fitness & Health Disclaimer

  • BounceBack provides general fitness, nutrition, and wellness information.

  • We are not medical professionals. The content in this App is not medical advice and should not replace consultation with a doctor, dietitian, or other qualified healthcare provider.

  • By using BounceBack, you acknowledge that exercise and dietary changes carry risks. You agree to consult a physician before starting any new fitness or nutrition program, especially if you have medical conditions, injuries, or dietary restrictions.

  • Use of the App is at your own risk. Veltrana Studios is not responsible for injuries, health issues, or outcomes resulting from your use of BounceBack.

3. Subscriptions & Payments

  • BounceBack offers free access with optional Premium subscriptions (monthly or yearly).

  • Payments are processed through Google Play Billing.

  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

  • You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your Google Play account settings.

  • We do not provide refunds for unused subscription periods, except where required by law.

4. Content & User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload or share harmful, abusive, or illegal content.

  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App.

  • Misuse community features (forum, blog, or challenges).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

5. Privacy & Data

  • Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and store your data.

  • By using BounceBack, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

6. Account & Data Deletion

  • You may delete your account at any time in-app under Profile → Account → Delete Account, or by emailing support@veltranastudios.com.

  • Deletion permanently removes your profile, questionnaire data, plans, and personal information (except for legally required transaction records).

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content, branding, and code in BounceBack are the property of Veltrana Studios.

  • You may not copy, redistribute, or resell any part of the App without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Veltrana Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of BounceBack.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) in the last 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted in the App or on our website with a revised “Effective Date.” Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of [Your State], without regard to conflict of laws principles.
